I visited Laser Treat's Banani Branch to see a specialist doctor, and I was very impressed. The clinic environment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were not only professional but also genuinely friendly, caring, and attentive to my needs. Most importantly, the doctor was extremely friendly and well-behaved made me feel completely at ease, listened to my concerns carefully, and explained everything in a clear and reassuring manner.. Overall, a very positive experience. Highly recommend their specialist consultation services.

Mrn- 42905 I'm receiving their pico laser treatment for removing tattoo. Few more session left for my procedure. My tattoo became so much lighter through this process. Jun 3, 2026 Unprofessional Call Center Agent I was supposed to receive my Cosentyx biologic injection today. For reasons beyond my control, I could not make the appointment, so I planned to come on another day instead. At 6:25 PM, I received a call from the Banani branch. The caller complained that the injection had been reserved for me and that another customer had allegedly come in and left because I had booked it. Frankly, that explanation sounds absurd. Are patients expected to believe that a medication costing approximately Tk 58,000 for two injections is stocked so poorly that one missed appointment prevents another customer from being treated? What was even more disappointing was the nature of the call. Instead of simply asking whether I wished to reschedule, the caller seemed intent on making me feel responsible for their inventory or sales issues. That is not customer service. The interaction gave the impression that the concern was not patient care but rather a missed sale. If representatives are meant to be customer care agents, they should focus on assisting patients, not lecturing them for missing an appointment. A missed appointment should be handled professionally: offer a new date, confirm availability, and move on. Patients should not be made to listen to complaints about internal stock management or lost business opportunities. Regards,
