In a word this hotel is marvelous in terms of everything except for the Apple Ice creams. The lobby had a luxurious vibe along with some antiques it was awesome. I visited only to take info on their swimming pool package in that case I had a chance to take a few pics beside the pool. It is one of the best pools I've ever seen in front of my eyes.

We had buffet dinner at Le Meridien Dhaka,one day after Eid ul Azha 2024. Taste of soup, Food, selection of main course choice, service, everything was below average. Very disappointed with the quality of food and service for that price!! At the end, We all ate only Padthai. There were only 2/3 options for main course, 3/4 options for salad and 2 kind of soup which was very low quality, taste like water (cream mash room soup). It was waste of money, energy and time. Oh one more thing…little higher position hotel employees act too much and I found them rude, at least doesn’t go with service standard in South Asia where employees are humble and with smile. I hardly saw any smile except lower graded employees. I won’t recommend the place at all. Hotel location is on the road and all the street shoppers just in front the hotel.

As a platinum member of Bonvoy I was treated as a princess. I really love the service, the treatment , the lovely and friendly employee. They seem to be comfortable and happy. The rooms are so comfortable. In some rooms the noise of the street are loud but in most of its okay

Great location, good food but something is badly missing. Due to location we recommend our guests (visiting from UK) to stay at Le Meridian, Dhaka but every single day they had some unpleasant experiences. Our guests shared few of their experiences with the Manager in front of few other hotel employees on 8th May, around 9 pm but don’t think she cared! It’s like they made the beautiful chariot but forget about horses!
