I would not give this service even one star if that were possible. I contacted Marriage Match BD through their WhatsApp number in February 2026 to ask about their service. Because I wanted my profile kept private and not made publicly visible online, I was told there was a separate arrangement for clients seeking privacy. From the beginning, through voice calls and text, I communicated with a woman who introduced herself as a consultant of Marriage Match BD. I was told that paying through the official website would make my profile public, and that for a private arrangement I needed to send 15,500 BDT to a bank account instead. Based on that representation, I paid. After payment, I did not receive the promised membership number, proper documentation, or the service I was told I would receive. The invoice I received was issued under “Nilofa Marriage Media,” not Marriage Match BD, and lacked proper authorization. Although I was told a corrected invoice would be sent, I never received one, and communication eventually stopped despite repeated follow-up. In fairness, I should have researched more beforehand. Only later did I find concerning online discussions involving these names. Still, people often seek out these services because they rely on them to help navigate a time-consuming and sensitive process. I also shared personal biodata and a photo during this process, which adds to my concern. I am sharing my experience, along with screenshots of the WhatsApp conversation, so others can make an informed decision and exercise caution.

Very poor service. Before subscribing gave a brief of myself - age, martial status, location etc. they said they have bio. After paying 12k they gave me only two bio. I kept asking them for more bio and they stopped responding to my messages. I have full evidence. Complete waste of money. Please avoid. I have tried other agencies in Dhaka much much better responses and customer service.
