People running this place have no clue what management means. They started asking me for the remaining 50% payment before I even checked in. After that, every time I saw a staff member, it was the same thing. ​But ironically, they can't count. They billed us for 5 cups of tea when I actually had 9. ​The location is great, but the maintenance is a mess. The white towels were so dirty and unusable. Even I preferred shivering over using their blankets. The room looks okay, but the furniture feels like it was picked up from a scrapyard. Balcony was good though. ​The tea and breakfast (Khichuri) were actually fine. But the "Bamboo Chicken" was below average. They even charged service charge in dinner. Unless you enjoy being harassed for money while using questionable towels, stay away. I’m never going back.

A meh experience. First of all, the place is beautiful and full of scenic beauty. But had the most awkward and uncomfortable experience during the conversation with the staffs. We booked the place paying half of the room rent in advance and they received our NID and contact info when we got there but continuously harassed to pay them the other half of the room rent. Like we just got there and didn't even spend 30 mins to your resort and you are continuously asking for due rent. You have our contact and NID info, it's not like we could or would get away without paying the due. Room's wall are thin. You can hear every thing going on outside the room(and god forsake if your neighboring room plays music too loud up to 4am). The blanket they provided were not adequate for the chilling temperature drop at night during December. Don't get overhyped for bamboo chicken, it wasn't as tasty as I heard from others. Maybe the food wasn't tasty or they didn't cook it well. Overall, my advise would be to book a place in someplace nice like neelgiri resort. This place shouldn't be your first choice in my opinion.

I recently visited this resort after a long time, and honestly, I loved it so much! The place is really beautiful and peaceful — perfect for relaxing and taking a break from daily life. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was tasty, and the staff were super friendly. The whole environment felt fresh and calm. I would definitely love to come back here again!

The resort is located very close to the city, but the location is very quiet and the view is exceptional from the resort. The staff is well behaved and helpful, the food is amazing. Recommended.

Very poor staff abd management behaviours, rooms are very old, wall paints are fading, no ac, no fridge, too high off the mountain. Had an vehicle accident on the way up to their resort. Very poor road. Overall 1/5
