The hotel staff were very nice, but at 3k BDT per night, I found it overpriced for the amenities provided. A major drawback is the lift—it stops between floors, making it difficult to carry luggage. Aside from that, everything else was fine

The hotel staff were brilliant. Great hotel. The beds are comfortable and the room is very large. We did not expect such a nice room for the price that we paid! The location is also very quite & peaceful , so altogether we are more than satisfied and positively surprised! We were upgraded to a larger room complimentary.Customer service was excellent. Very professional front desk staff. Lovely clean room. A journey to remember with great (memento) memory .

We have stayed there for a couple of nights. Nothing is good of this hotel! Super dirty and dusty rooms with super old interior. Let me give you an example, we stayed in room 201, when you flash the commode, water will spill or leak under the commode on the floor! Super unhygienic and horrible washroom. All the curtains and bedhead were very dirty and full of dust, plus you will get two pillow for 2 persons which are very low and uncomfortable to use! We have got a single sofa in the room which was very very dirty, do not put anything on it, you will regret instantly. We have asked for another pillow as these were very lower but they replied: "you have got two already, you cannot have another". Super rude room service. We got complimentary breakfast and do not expect more than egg, bread, butter, gelly, vegetables and chwemin. But I agree taste of food was good. Now, parking: the ultimate nightmare, very sloppy, very conjusted, very risky and capacity is: 1. Overall pricy hotel with horrible experience. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Memento Int Residence: A Mixed Experience I recently stayed at Memento Int Residence during my business trip to Dhaka. While the hotel has its merits, there were some drawbacks that led me to give it a 3-star rating. Pros: Location: Conveniently situated in Uttara, close to corporate offices and the Hazrat Shah Jalal International Airport. Spacious Rooms: The room was large, with a comfortable bed. Peaceful Atmosphere: The hotel is in a quiet area, perfect for a good night’s rest. Cons: Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness could be improved. Service: While the staff was friendly, service quality varied. Limited Amenities: The fitness center was basic, and the breakfast options were limited. In summary, Memento Int Residence offers decent accommodation for travelers on a budget. However, there’s room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and service. If you’re looking for a no-frills stay, this might be a suitable choice. Please note that this review is based on my personal experience and preference may vary.

Hotel located at Uttara very nearer to Dhaka international airport. Comfortable and quite rooms. Offers excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner. Friendly manager and staff. Nice for business stay at Dhaka. The hotel road is ideal for early morning walk!👍😃
