Without any doupt their products quality are top notch. Their vet and the team took a really good care during her operation (spay), also after the operation they gave a full after care treatment and Alhamdulillah my cat is totally healthy now ♥️ Thank you MEW MEW SHOP BD & MEW MEW PET CARE ♥️

I always purchase from mew mew mew shop bd when it comes to my pet cat “Prada” I prefer authentic premium products hence I love purchasing from them, I feel relieved when I order from them because I know whatever they will provide me atleast it will be authentic. For the past 1.5 year I have been making my purchase from this page spent more than 50k in total, but the behaviour of the staffs are so arrogant that it feels like they give free products to their clients. I have made an order on 17th June but didn't receive it generally they deliver the products within a day, but for thelast few months they have started to make the delivery delay for weeks & they give lame excuses regarding it. Today my husband called to talk with the manager or person in charge but a guy received the call who was unwilling to say his name & was making lame excuses like "manager is not here till yet this & that" Later my husband asked to call when the manager is available and deliver the parcel by 4pm today. Later on when I checked their website to track my order I saw they cancelled my order without informing as well. Like seriously is this how you maintaing relation with you customers you made the delay, you didn't do your part of the job, and without informing me you canceled the order? So irresponsible & unprofessional behavior. The management doesn't as well look into it might be.
