With a profound belief in the manufacturer's obligation to safeguard the well-being of their workforce, he took it upon himself to ensure that the employees enjoyed optimal and unparalleled working conditions. Remarkably, he even oversaw the construction of a neighboring hospital to attend to the medical needs of those under his care. This ethical foundation, firmly laid, endures to this day and finds its manifestation in the benevolent initiatives undertaken by the Monno Welfare Foundation.
