We stayed here for 2 nights. It was good and clean but there were many cockroach in the room. Otherwise Good for staying as it is very close to the beach. Location is really great just beside the beach. We stayed in the eco room not the building type one. Therefore I would recommend the eco suite for everyone.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The ceiling fans didn’t work, the rooms were extremely messy, and they didn’t even bother to change the bedsheets. The entire room was filled with cockroaches — completely unhygienic and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money somewhere better.

I stayed 2 nights (13 & 14 Dec) and I found the most well behaved hotel staffs with welcoming smile. The owner Bashir uncle is very humble down to earth person. This Hotel has BBQ facilities & tree swing (dolna) which is really very pleasant. Most importantly just 1 min walk down straight to the main beach. You can go to beach even at mid night. No security issues. This hotel provides best privacy. Filtered water & Tube well are also available. 24 hours electricity is there 🤩 Room rent is also affordable. Overall a enjoyable stay. I'll surely stay there if I go to st.martin again.

Not recommend. No generator. Very ordinary type owner have no experience or idea about hotel or resort business. Concept is if you have land in Saint Martin than just built a lump sum type tin shade room with substandard tiles Washroom and start business with very high rent. Non professional attitude and service! His son lives in Dhaka or other city and did the marketing. In front of the room there is another similar type hotel under construction which will block the direct access to the beach. They are using islands electricity service which mainly do load shading minimum 6 house in a day. During full winter it's ok but after mid of February, it's horrible to stay there specially at night. We stayed there by the end of February 2021 for two nights and it was horrible experience. Finally stayed the night at the beach rather than sleeping. Lot of people says good about it due to the owner who is just a simple village guy but failed to show sympathy anymore. He reacts very badly for his failure and fake advertisement which is really not acceptable being a tourist over there. Tourists spend a lot of money to visit Saint Martin Island and for such type of non professional hotel businessman their trip can end up with a painful experience. Hope this honest feedback will be helpful for others. Thank you.

Amazing resort, Staff's behaviour is very good and respectful. They provide very hygienic atmosphere. Also they provide rooms with low rent. Bosir uncle is incharge of the resort , he provided a very good service, overall I give 5 star to the resort.
