Another best bank in Bangladesh and good banking record. I say its not for general customer. Service very good Behaviour also good Will take very few time to serve Generally not so much crowded Atm here Privilege Banking here

once upon a time I spoke with the MTB loan department to take a personal loan, but the experience was not good. The person I talked to had a strange attitude. It felt like they were giving the loan for free, and he was talking as if he was the CEO of the bank. Because of this strange attitude, I decided not to take the loan from MTB. Instead, I contacted HSBC Bank, and they were much more polite and helpful.

I had the worst customer service experience at MTB Dilkusha Branch. The entire process felt like a complete waste of time due to unnecessary delays and lack of efficiency. What made it even more frustrating was the poor sense of responsibility displayed by the branch manager, who showed little initiative in resolving the issue. The staff seemed uncoordinated and uninterested in helping customers, which reflects a serious gap in service quality and management. I genuinely expected better from MTB, but this branch was deeply disappointing. Not recommended at all.

The best banking service i received from a Bangladeshi Bank. I would recommend everyone to enjoy their service. They have free guest WiFi for waiting in the queue.
