The worst service ever in my experiences. Since 25 Jun, 24 they are telling my call is very important to them but all are busy. 1. May be they have no real human resource to pick the call. 2. Their human resource is not sufficient. 3. Or Nagad System is not ready for live or full of bugs that generating huge call that is not manageable by their resource less call center. 4. Or they are not worried about their customer sufferings.

One of total garbage service, Nagad provide worlds worst service. Never save money in your nagad account. They can suspended your account anytime without any reason. Be aware of it, be safe from this faruds.
