Just checked out. What a horrible pathetic experience!!! Booked through expedia. I was coming to Bangladesh from USA. I landed at around 1:30am. Pickup was quick and smooth. The hi-ace vehicle had broken door, it was opening time to time while the car was moving on road, how dangerous! They gave me a room at a 6th floor. The place was overall dirty. The room had bad smell, it was a smoking room. I requested a non-smoking room as I had asthma, but they said they did not have any more room available. The bed was dusty and I had severe asthma attack at night. Could not sleep at all. The AC did not work, so very hot. I was sweating bad. The mirror, furnitures, walls were very dirty. Many place in the wall, plaster was breaking. The buffet breakfast had paratha, aluvaji, dimvaji, halua and tea. Thats it! Staff behaviour was okay, but the experience was so terrific. I would not come here again for sure!

Extremely dirty hotel with bedbug infestation. Balcony and staircase is very unsafe if you have young kids as the gap between railings is wide enough for them to fall . Not suitable for foreigners at all . Very disappointed

if you are going to abroad and need to stay near dhaka airport then this hotel is idle for the reason. food is quite ok...service is nice..

This hotel location is perfect for the airport travellers because it's 5 minutes drive away from Hazrat Shahajalal International Airport. The room of the hotel must need an upgrade compared to the price. The restaurant of the hotel needs to be decorated in a modern way. The complementary breakfast is like ordinary restaurant food so you must change the breakfast menu. The service of this hotel is of average quality. They have airport shuttle service for arrival and departure travellers. If you stay for one night in that case this hotel is of average quality but for a long stay it's not a good hotel.
