They gave us 2 different rooms full of dust and debris. First of all the room door lock doesn’t work. I tried twisting the lock without keys and it unlocked It terrifies me so much that i had to keep all my expensive gadgets and items with me when i left the room. After entering the room they said they cleaned the room before i check in but i found the whole floor is so dusty and muddy my socks got black in few seconds . I tried connecting to the wifi and failed so i restarted the OLD TP LINK ROUTER. still internet was so poor i had to buy internet packages to stay connected. Before i entering washroom i stepped on the carpet and it was so wet and muddy my whole sock got dirty and i had to wash it. Ac remote doesn’t work, they bitten the battery to last longer instead of replacing it. Basin faucet is faulty so i had to hold it with one hand and twist it to use water of it. Then i complained about everything and they said all they can do is just clean the floor with a mop and replace the carpet which was wet. We booked two rooms and other had the similar issues with extra one issue which is the plug socket it faulty charger brick did not work. Only when you turn on light charger get power and you can charge your devices. Ordered tea and it was the worst tea i have ever drank. Overall experience is worse than anyone can imagine. I hope they maintain their quality in the future. I will never recommend anyone this hotel.

Nagar Valley hotel was very comfortable and safe. this is the 1st choice for a hotel near Dhaka airport .service was great .Thank you to all the great staff .i will be booking this lovely hotel very soon again . i have recommended my friends to stay thre too 🙃 and I also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant 👍

One of the worst hotel in Dhaka. If you don't want to loose your valuable time and money, Please stay away from this mess. They have rooms with full of cockroach 🪳.

Room types not so good as per rent I think they need to reduce their price because too old room.
