We were fortunate enough to come across NativeExpo International through some common contacts. We hired their services for Asia Pharma Expo 2024. The Experience: It's always a difficult task to assign overseas contracts. This was a Transactiom between us (India) and them (Bangladesh). NativeExpo asked us all the right questions and ensured that us and them were on the same page. Multiple emails were exchanged where we kept changing the most macro details and they complied patiently without complaints. The Commercials: The project we got was for a decent price. Surprisingly the numbers were comfortable compared to our Indian competators. Special considerations were given to us since it was the first time dealing with them. Trust building was excellent. The Execution : The stall modules were fabricated in their workshop and was arranged like a jig saw puzzle on site. All paperwork and permits required from the venue was handled by NativeExpo. Workers on site were skilled and executed the job flawlessly with time to spare. The Extra : It's always appreciated when the vendor goes an extra mile for customer delight. Sorbojit (the propriter) did just that. He recommend and made a few changes to enhance an already beautiful stall. He made sure we were comfortable. He even arranged lunch from a far away place that I liked. The Verdict : Appoint them for your exhibitions. It will start with a business transaction but will soon convert to a friendly relation. I am glad to say that we now have good friend at Bangladesh. We will definately be hiring them for our future exhibitions. Keep rocking Sorbojit......
