Later on, it was renamed “National Development Engineers Ltd.” from 13th March 1982 as a private Limited Company to make a significant contribution in the construction sector of the country. It is located at block-C, road no-4, Bannani, Dhaka. It is National Development Engineers Ltd head office. They open at about. 09:00 hours and closed st 18:00 hours regularly and Friday is weekly holiday.

NDE Steel Structures Ltd is a sister concern of National Development Engineers Ltd. (NDE). NDE began its journey under the name “The Development Engineers,” a partnership firm established on 14th February 1981. It was later rebranded as “National Development Engineers Ltd.” on 13th March 1982, becoming a private limited company with the aim of making a significant impact in the country's construction sector.
NDE Steel Structures Ltd boasts a fully-equipped in-house design team with substantial experience both domestically and internationally. After conducting a market feasibility study, we identified a high demand for steel structure buildings in Bangladesh. With the goal of providing a comprehensive construction solution that includes both RCC and steel, we decided to establish a Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) factory, which was officially set up at the beginning of 2015.
