We stayed 1 night & 2 days with family. We had booked 3 rooms for our family. Low class accommodation without shower in washroom. Dirty tap water. No WiFi, no ac, bed sheets and blankets were dirty. Poor service. Rooms location were opposite to road which obstacles air flow during day time so feel so hot. Only scenic at early morning from balcony. We will never stay here.

If you are visiting during summer or early in the rainy season, you'll face immense heat in the room during the day. It doesn’t have any AC. The fan is very small. They provide an additional fan but it’s not enough. Although the room gets cooler at night but you’ll have to keep the window open which also comes with the risk of insects and bugs. The room service was poor. Requested a bottle of water at 12:30 at night but they said they can't get it. Although they provided it after pressing. The view from the room is awesome. Mountain tops and city views. You'll get a nice view of Bandarban city at night. The food in the restaurant is expensive but it’s tasty. At night the resort becomes more quiet and you can enjoy the whole Nilachol site alone. There are no nearby shops or markets so get snacks before it’s night.
