NEVER VISIT THERE, ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. This hospital could be praised for their front-desk decorations, but never for their sevices. The doctors affliated with them, specially Prof. Faruq Alam is the worst one I have ever visited in the entire 13 years of my treatment. He thinks I'm equivalent to my disease, even refuses to accept that I am a separate human with opinions.

Please do not place your loved ones here. My sister was admitted for schizophrenia, but her condition worsened significantly during her stay. There were serious concerns, including reports of patient mistreatment, a bed bug infestation, and inadequate care. She was not fed properly and became physically very weak. Since returning home, she appears deeply traumatized, and we have had to transfer her to another hospital due to her deteriorating physical condition. A nurse or staff member named Mimi allegedly mistreated her physically. What makes this even more distressing is that family members were not allowed regular access to patients, so I had no idea what was happening until my sister was released and brought home. Seeing her condition afterward was heartbreaking. I considered taking legal action, but I feel that any attention this receives may only be temporary, while the same issues continue. I sincerely hope those responsible are held accountable for the pain and suffering caused. I pray Allah puts them in situations that they come to understand the hardship families of patients endure. No family should ever have to go through an experience like this.

Worst Hospital with less quality of services. Beds r full of bedbugs, duty doctors r not cooperative. Specially the Sr.Dr. Prof. Wajimul Islam, is not a dr with a good manner. He never brief to Pat.party in that hospital. So we visited him in his private chamber to get feedback of my pat. Bt he shouted at us to get out of his room and the only reason was why we were there for our patient. and in same night I discharged my pat from that hospital. Coz who is not well-behaved with his pat attendants, he never be a good Dr to his patient. He may have degrees but has not manners. I think he must need to be treated 1st, for his mental problems! However, front desk was cooperative. Personally i never recommend this hospital /rehabilitation centre.

Professional Institute for drug addiction and mental health treatment. I admitted my loved one here and he is cured now. All staff and doctors are very responsible and kind.Thanks to Niramoy all staff.

They won’t let you smoke. .so that’s a red flag..so for those smokers are going get admitted there best of luck👍🏼🍻
