A modest resort by all counts, especially in terms of its size and activities available. One can tell that this resort has been around for a while. But, that's not the problem. The problem is the lack of maintenance -- which is obvious anywhere you look. The idea of the the water bungalows is unique, but it should not necessarily end there. Of course, a certain amount of rusticity and rawness there is desirable. But when that falls below a certain level due to lack of maintenance, that's when things become unattractive. A water-body is an attraction in any resort. And this resort has it. But, then again, that's where it ends. The water is murky and full of dead flora from above and its surroundings. There are a few boats in the water for rides, but the level of maintenance of those boats do not generate much confidence. The only bright side of this resort is its food -- which is delectable, to say the least. Every meal we had here was enjoyable. And the other bright spot here is the swimming pool. The staff are all very courteous, cordial and friendly. However, the management ought to consider giving them a uniform, to improve the overall look of the resort. The management also need to give some thought to introducing some activities here. In conclusion, once again, it's a modest resort with a run-down look, and which seriously needs to pull up its socks.

It is not a place to enter with a 500 taka entry. 1 minute walk from one end of the resort to another end. There is no mentionable place to spend time sitting, except for two steps of muddy water and a small, crowded restaurant. I want to know what there is to see with the entry of 500 taka. Swimming charges, boat charges, and food charges are separate. The taste is average for the costly price of the food. Couples who do not have space in their own homes can spend a night with 8,000 taka. We were going to spend the entire day, but we did not want to stay for an hour. As we ordered food, we had to spend some boring time. No fun activities for kids also

Went there for 1 night to relax during the first week of January. It was a horrible experience because of the bad room condition (in the main building). We were the only night-spending guest in the whole resort. The room we were provided for more than 5K BDT was terrible. They joined two beds together to make a double one, however it was not adjusted. The traditional futon (Toshok) was peeping out of the bedsheet, which was small. They even tried to make a big blanket by adding 2 small traditional ones (dirty). The blankets were not enough for spending one winter night. The room did not have the facility of tea/coffee, even hot water!!! The service at the restaurant was okay, the service persons were cordial. The location and the facilities are not enough to be a night-spending resort. and needs much renovation. you can't do anything after sunset. Overall, I won't recommend anyone to spend the night until it is renovated enough.
