Very disappointing experience with the Reservation Manager. Extremely rude, impatient, and unprofessional behavior. We were a group of 10 people planning to visit, but due to their poor communication and disrespectful attitude, we canceled our trip. They changed their statements regarding room pricing and failed to communicate properly. On top of that, the manager used disrespectful language such as, “I am talking to you in Bangla, hope you can understand,” which was completely unnecessary and insulting. Totally unacceptable hospitality experience.

Very neat and clear and clam environment. Also we have negotiated the price, and got huge discount. This place is beautiful. Worth visiting it.

Poor service, overpriced food and maximum items from the menu card are not available. Local items like deshi chicken and fishes (expectations from a resort) are not available, which is an absolute letdown, advertised WiFi quality is very low, AC is poor

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype My family and I initially booked three rooms in the main hotel building, and unfortunately, the experience was far below our expectations. The rooms were in poor condition and appeared horribly unhygienic — definitely not what you’d expect from a place that claims to offer a comfortable stay. We later upgraded to the luxury rooms, which were comparatively decent, but that doesn’t excuse the poor standards of the regular accommodations. While the room rates may seem affordable at first glance, don’t be fooled — it’s a bit of a trap. The food pricing is unreasonably high, and the overall cost quickly adds up. Would not recommend for families expecting cleanliness and transparency in pricing. AND THE POOL IS DISGUSTING!

A conveniently located resort with cozy room options and great amenities. Very neat and clean. Quality of service is very good. The restaurant serves very good food. There are adult and baby swimming pools woth clean water. It is a scenic spot appropriate for tours with family, friends, couple and solo. It is very well maintained and the staff are very friendly. Greatly recommended for a visit.
