Visiting Novodent Dental Clinic was my second dental visit in my whole life, and I must say, it was the best experience I've had so far. Previously, I was reluctant to visit a dentist because of the questionable reputation of dental services in our country. I also learned some shocking incidents from friends and families, either damaging nerves while RCT or pulling a healthy tooth instead of a bad one. However, I had quite a bad toothache for some days and finally decided to see a dentist. I started a brief online research to find a good one, and eventually landed on the Google review page for this clinic. It was refreshing to see how patients took their time to write about their experience. Most of them described it in at least two to three sentences, which means they really liked the service and were happy to give time to share their experience with others. Honestly, it gave me the strength to book an appointment at the clinic. Their service from booking my appointments to getting a filling was commendable. Everyone demonstrates a high level of professionalism. Hygiene and cleanliness were spot on. Most importantly, the care they showed for a patient was the cherry on top. I highly recommend this clinic, especially for those who fear visiting a dentist (just like me 😉). This clinic will help you regain trust in dental services.

I’ve had severe tooth pain but due to my fear of dentists i never went for a check-up. After reading so many positive Google reviews, I finally gathered the courage to visit Dr. Nadima Shafi apu’s clinic and I don’t regret it one bit. She has been incredibly sweet and patient throughout the whole journey and made my entire experience completely painless. 10/10 recommended!!
