I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangladesh in very beautiful area. What impressed me the most was the exceptional hospitality of the entire team. From the moment I arrived, everyone went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, comfortable, and safe. The staff were always ready to help with advice, local recommendations, transportation arrangements, and any request I had. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble for them. A special thank you to Iqbal at the Front Office Desk for his professionalism, kindness, and constant willingness to assist. He made my stay much easier and more enjoyable. I would also like to recognize Ador, Sadman, and Fakrul from the restaurant and service team. Their friendliness, attention to detail, and outstanding service truly made a difference. They consistently provided excellent service with a smile and made me feel genuinely cared for. Throughout my stay, I felt safe, valued, and very well looked after. The level of customer care and personal attention I received exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay such a memorable experience. I look forward to returning in the future.

Stayed for 2 nights but had to leave the next morning due to the terrible service and filthy toilet conditions. The room had a strong bad smell that gave me a headache, and the toilet was unusable. Staff showed no concern for guests—only for taking money. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

Amazing morning breakfast 🥞🍳, room service was really good. But room was bit off on the location of the charging port. And elevator was not up to the market.but over all good. They had a office space with proper office chair with twins bad room. Really helpful for office work, amazing experience.

Nice and cozy place. The breakfast could have been better. But its value for money. The rooms are spacious. And the staff is so attentive. I recommend this place.
