Highly unprofessional service. We have been waiting for over a year after the policy's maturity. Even after completing all the formalities and visits to the head office and branch, there is no sign of the settlement. Every time we visit, they give vague excuses. It’s a nightmare to get your own money back from them. Very poor management and lack of transparency

This is a fraud company. They took money from people. They took 15k from me and it's one year and didn't give me a single penny. If you don't want to lose your money, never go to this place. Govt. should take necessary steps to stop these cheaters.

Poor service they are not settling claims even after six months of policy maturity... Documents submitted but no use.. Choose wise, go for other schemes if need be. .
