Recently, I visited Palm riviera at Khurushkul, Cox’s Bazar with my family and child, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The place is surrounded by nature and has a calm, peaceful environment that feels perfect for escaping the busy city life. The arrangements are minimalistic, yet comfortable and relaxing. It’s an ideal destination for a day trip with family and friends. One of the highlights of our visit was the kids’ zone. My child had a wonderful time playing with other children and stayed happily engaged throughout the visit, which made the trip even more enjoyable for us as parents. The open atmosphere and family-friendly environment make it a great choice for families with young kids. The food was average—not bad, but there is room for improvement in terms of variety and taste. On the other hand, the evening concert was enjoyable and created a lively atmosphere for visitors. The ticket price is moderate and reasonable considering the facilities and environment. However, I believe children should be allowed free entry, which would make the experience even more family-friendly. Overall, Palm Riviera is a beautiful and peaceful place to spend quality time with loved ones. If you enjoy nature, tranquility, and a kid-friendly environment, it is definitely worth a visit.

Rooms are specious with modern amenities but the maintenance and cleanliness is not up to the mark. We found huge cockroaches on the bed and comforter, and we could not sleep on that bed. It's surrounded by nature which is why frogs and snails are visible everywhere, which is expected and acceptable but cockroaches are a clear sign of compromised cleanliness, especially the bed, mattress, pillows and comforter. The kitchen should have been more organized as well. Never take their complementary breakfast, it was horrible. They provided paratha, lentils and veggies from the roadside shops which were very low in quality and extremely unhealthy for your gut health. Better get your own breakfast from Foodpanda and prepare yourself. They have a nice swimming pool and the greenery around was a delight to have a peaceful break from the busy life. Their location is the best part as it's very close to the city but still very quiet and calm.

I live near this resort. It is a unique vacation destination. I would request the authorities to attract more tourists to your area since the new Bakkhali Bridge has been opened.
