Rating: Food: 4/5 | Ambiance: 1/5 | Service: 2/5 ​Review: I recently tried the buffet at Café Bazar in Pan Pacific Sonargaon, and honestly, the management and ambiance were highly disappointing for a 5-star hotel. ​The Good: The food items were delicious and tasted good. Also, they had the usual Buy 1 Get 3 (B1G3) offer on bank cards, which was a good deal. The item count was around 150 or fewer, which is less than other places, but the taste was fine. ​The Bad: The seating arrangement and environment were terrible. The place was so crowded and poorly managed that it felt like a 'Goru-r Haat' (cattle market). There was no proper AC working; they were using air coolers instead, which made the room stuffy. To make things worse, they forced us to share a table with strangers because of the rush. ​Highly disappointed with the luxury experience. They need to limit bookings if they cannot handle the crowd properly.
