We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent and maintained high cleanliness standards every day. The staff were extremely polite, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The location of the hotel is outstanding, with easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and public transportation.Breakfast was excellent. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We felt safe, relaxed, and very well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and we would definitely choose this hotel again.

The staff are exceptionally well trained well mannered and create an incredibly welcoming and warming environment and atmosphere. The pearl offer car service for airport pick up n drops for the zero hassle experience in travelling within the hustle n bustle of Dhakas chaotic traffic congestion. The spa services within The Pearl Hotel have made my business trip and incredibly relaxed and calm experience. Could even say they created a small little bubble of an eco system for me and allowed me to conduct my tasks with a clear and fresh mind. Thank you 🙏

The food was not good. The workers were kind ,which is good. There was no parking. The rooms were kind of nice. I had to stay in another room,because my room smelt awfull. This is because, it was raining and the carpet was wet. The carpet had a horrible oder.
