Worst shopping experience ever. They delivered a counterfeit product and strait up declined when contacted. In spite of providing all the evidence that the product was not a genuine one they tried to convince me that the product was genuine and tried to deliver the returned product to me again. I refused to receive it and after over a month the contacted me and finally accepted my return. They gave me a voucher instead of returning the money. But I cannot apply the voucher now.

Too much bad delivery service, not waste your valuable time by order product in pikaboo. Too much bad customer call service and also their behavior is not well. Also most of the case they delivered product from New Market vendors. So don't waste your valuable time.

Chose fastPick delivery option for delivery on Wednesday. They confirmed on Thursday and said it will be delivered on Saturday. I didn't complain up until now since FastPick is supposed to be delivered by next day. Then on the delivery day(Saturday) they called me they can not give a home delivery today since my area is not in their coverage area so I've to go to a certain place and check my TV in roadside, and bring it home. Then why did I pay extra for FastPick and why the website says, "avilable Within Dhaka metro". Bad experience before Eid.

Very bad service experience. I have ordered a small cable worth 300 tk. They took 20 days to deliver and after that they send me vox without the cable. Please don't order from pickaboo this company is a criminal. They did the same with my friend as well.

Worst delivery & customer service i have experienced till now in Bd. I dont think they are trying to run this business with full swing at all. Ordered a blender & 7 days gone still it has not reached to me. So poor & fraudulent. Please try to avoid this site if possible.
