My wife took her IELTS test here. Their computers are extremely old. The headphones are faulty and don’t work properly. If there were an option to give a negative rating, I would have done so. The office environment feels like an old government office—everything is outdated and covered in dust. If you go to their washroom, you might feel like vomiting. The staff are unprofessional and don’t know how to communicate effectively. The funniest thing was when I arrived at the test center and found the staff sleeping with the sofa pillows, and later, they placed them back on the sofa.

I took the PTE exam here today. Only 4 people took the exam together. The exam venue was very good and they were very helpful. But the keyboards were hard because they were new and set up before the exam started, everything else was ok.
