Recently I've stayed three days in this hotel. The location of the hotel is big plus point for the hotel. Its nearby all popular hospitals like Square, BRB, Greenlife as well as Bashundhara City shopping complex. But interesting the hotel location is in quiet place. The main problem in this area is loud sound pollution but you never feel this from the place. The staff of the hotel is cooperative. Our check in is completed within few seconds. They provide welcome drinks which is good. The room is spacious with comfortable bed, led tv, wardrobe, chair, locker. But the AC is old, it produce noise. They provide commentary tea, coffee, toothbrush, comb, shampoo, body wash, that's fine. The bedsheet and pillow cover is not clean enough. The washroom is comparatively small and not so neat and clean. The towel is completely unusable. The inside of the teacups has turned yellow with stains, which is honestly not expected from a hotel of this standard. Now, speaking of the complimentary breakfast—it was incredibly disappointing. Paratha, eggs, semai, bread, butter, jelly, and mango juice are the standard items served every day. Besides these, items like fried rice, soup, Chinese vegetables, dal, mixed vegetables, pasta, and noodles are rotated on alternative days. Honestly, I didn't find a single dish tasty. On top of that, I ended up suffering from acidity issues after eating. Furthermore, I ordered food from their canteen one day, and those dishes weren't delicious either. If you still decide to order from their canteen, make sure to clarify beforehand whether there are any extra charges not mentioned in the menu. In my case, they charged an additional 20% for VAT and service charges on top of the menu prices, which was completely unexpected.

This is a very beautiful hotel. The management is always committed to providing the best possible service to its guests with great care and hospitality. The location is also excellent. It is situated in a very convenient area, with Dhanmondi Lake, Kawran Bazar, the metro station, and Bashundhara Shopping Mall all located very close by, making transportation and access very easy. The hotel also has a lovely rooftop, which is a great place to relax and enjoy your time. Some pictures of the rooftop are shared below. Overall, it is a wonderful and comfortable place to stay💌🕣💬📸

The location’s a bit hidden, but was navigated quickly by an experienced driver, customer service was excellent overall, I would say the best part of the hotel is the restaurant. The food was delicious and worth the price. The only downside was that our room AC switch was constantly breaking. But overall, we had a nice time here

Preety decent with everything. If u have a busy day and need to stay at night calmly.. Stuffs are friendly and well mannered. Stayed here 2/3 times. One of my favourite and trusted place whenever i am here in Dhaka....

Excellent quality of service, cleanliness and staff behavior. Rooms are clean, well presented and maintained. The service staff are polite and obliging. Oh! Don’t forget to enjoy the roof top sitting area in the morning and evening. This place is quite an exception in this part of the city. I would go back again.
