According to the room price amenities are not good quality. Room was not properly cleaned. I have stayed there 2 days. So first room was not good then for next day i have requested them to change the room. Next room was good enough. All the stafs were decent but not properly trained. Buffet was worse at this price point.

The environment was very calm and quiet. Staff was very much friendly. Complimentary breakfast was good. Overall It's a good hotel for stay. But the brushes quality and room slippers quality was poor. They should work for it.

I can only rate it two stars. I stayed for two days and the room was pretty good. But the person who took me into the room was very strange, with a weird expression and mood, and seemed a bit fierce. In the end, he asked me for a tip. I felt really uncomfortable. He was so rude and wanted a tip. I had already picked up my bag, but he used a lot of force to snatch it from me. The strap of the bag kept rubbing against the ground. After we got to the room, he put my bag in the cabinet, and the door of the cabinet squeezed my bag. He suddenly snatched the Coke in my hand and put it in the refrigerator. Then he started to ask for a tip. It was really unpleasant.

Staff. On Sunday morning I asked the working staff for a taxi/driver to give me a ride around the city, 6 places, to be exact. Sunday - no info, no feedback, Monday - same. On Tuesday I came to the reception myself asking about it again. The price they told me was equal to my flight tickets. I'm not joking. The food was gross and disgusting. They don't cook there. The room was never cleaned. In the beginning, they put me into 305. Everything stinks so badly. It's ok for Bangladeshi to smoke and spit where you live. I had to pack the clothes I used to sleep in into a bag and tie it really hard, so the smell wouldn't disturb me. Everything is gross. Everything you touch. Then the next day I demanded to move me to another room. It was a next-door room. 304. They sprayed some nice smell before I came. Ridiculous. The room was as disgusting as the first one but at least nobody smoked there.

Very nice hotel near the crossroads of the Panthapath - Green Road, both very famous main streets with many food stalls and shops alongside the road. The hotel is walking distance to Bashundhara shopping mall and the Dhanmondi Lake park, which was great. The rooms are nice and modern, with the showers clean and new. Amenities were also standard but good quality. The location is also half a block inside from the main road which meant I didn't have to hear street noises every night/morning compared to other hotels I had to stay in.
