All we wanted is a care free day with fun. But you get the word maintenance repeatedly. The rooms are spacious, but need maintenance, bathroom needs severe fixing. There is mold in the roof of the bathroom. The shower enclosure is broken. But they did gave a care pack with toothpaste, toothbrush, lotion these amenities. Service is awful. Food was prepared long time back, morning breakfast was late around 10:30, though we reached there from Farmgate, Dhaka before 9:30. Didn't open the front gate first the guard was telling he doesn't know, and it is for security reasons. We have booked it 2 days back. Clearly lack of administrative and management failure of sharing information. Lunch was good for 4 of us it was enough set menu. And around 6, while checking out we asked for evening snacks, we got a reply, it is not ready yet it will take 40 more minutes, so we left as it was getting late and we are going to use public transport, with kids and baggages. Location was very convenient, it is close to Dhaka, but he road is very choppy, no complain about Bangladeshi road. Center building where the dining is have 2nd floor but not allowed for guests. Overall, do not have high expectations, though the price is very steep it was 9500 for a day long package of 2 adults, and 2 kids. We enjoyed the pool a lot that was the only silver lining.

Location is so remote so remember what you need you have to carry😂. Service was just awesome and am happy and completely satisfied. Rooms? I took double Cottage and it was perfect for 4 of us. We had a really hard year together and all of us was looking for a perfect location to relax and our decision was just awesome for choosing this. Room was perfect size,Washrooms was clean,Bed was comfortable and gonna give 10/10. Just remember about location.🤷‍♂️

Took 35 staffs for our yearly picnic. The area was clean, We took 3 rooms, the rooms were clean but one room ac was not working but they were hesitant to change it, yet they did after pleading. One bathroom had a water leak. Food was average but low on quantity, beef was salty. I could call the dish salt with beef. Breakfast service was haphazard….with limited items and slow refill. Playing field was ok. Although my staffs had a good time. But requested me not to take them to this place again.

Resort was nice and decent. Lacking was in maintenance repair like broken AC, toilet flashing, no in room tea or coffee facilities, in room mini fridge was not working at all. At night, pathway had insufficient lighting. Swimming pool was good, food quality was very nice tasty. Have large field which is good for medium sized picnic for 200 to 300 people ( may be more). Have safety all time.

We stayed in cottage. Room was cozy and comfortable . The view from balcony and other parts of resort is scenic. Stuff was helpful. Roads toward the resort is not in good condition , it needs to be repaired. Overall it was a nice stay!
