I understand this is a budget resort, so I wasn’t expecting luxury. While the room itself was acceptable, everything else about the experience was far from satisfactory. Room & Cleanliness: The room amenities were of poor quality and not well-maintained. The washroom was dirty, and we even found bugs in the room, which was quite unpleasant. Food Quality & Service: The resort does not have in-house dining. Instead, they bring food from a nearby resturents, which often arrives cold. The food quantity was alarmingly insufficient. For instance, breakfast for 11 people consisted of just one small bowl of vegetables, and dinner included one small, burnt piece of chicken per person. The chicken chap provided for 11 people barely looked like it could serve two. In the end we've refesued the lunch after seeing the quantity. Facilities: The resort offers no sightseeing options or additional facilities to enhance the experience, leaving little to do during the stay. Overall, this was one of the worst stays I’ve had. The resort needs significant improvements in cleanliness, food quality, and overall guest services. I would not recommend it to others.

TLDR: Please don’t waste your money here. If you want to come here for a room date and you don’t care about food or anything then go for it. Otherwise, please don’t bother coming here with family or friends. Your honest, hard earned money will go down the drain. The entire experience was terrible. Only the scenic view was somewhat worth it. Firstly, I paid 12,000 taka for 1 night in the lake house. It was expensive. Here is my authentic review. 1. No food - they promised us freshly cooked food for 500 tk, but gave us packeted biriyani! 😡 We were finally served lunch at 4.30PM! 2. Terrible service - The sheets were dirty. They didn’t have extra sheets upon asking. No towels, no tooth paste. I mean you must really have a bad luck to choose this place. 3. Poor security- The windows are broken. Anyone can easily access into your room by reaching into the lock of your broken windows. 4. Impolite staff - They sort of barge into your room. Has no respect for your privacy. Clearly they aren’t paid well enough to care or are just dishonest with the owners about the sad reality of this resort. 5. No wifi.
