Good place with a natural view. The employees behavior here is very friendly. But the rooms should be more neat and clean. Especially the bathroom needs to be cleaner. The lunch was much better and the taste was very good. But I didn't like the dinner the chicken fry was cold enough and not fresh. Anyways the swimming pool was amazing and the view was just peaceful.

Rass Resort is an absolute gem! The setting is stunning, with gorgeous gardens, pools, and breathtaking views. However, it's the outstanding hospitality that truly makes this place shine. The Assistant Sales Manager Mr Adib, whose warm smile and attentive service made my stay unforgettable, went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From swift responses to requests to thoughtful recommendations, he made me feel valued and welcomed. The resort's amenities are fantastic, but the incredible service is what sets it apart. I can't wait to return to Rass Resort for another amazing experience!

Additionally, the roads leading to the resort are on the narrower side, which can be nerve-wracking for those unfamiliar with the terrain. It's important to consider these factors when planning your trip, particularly if you're not comfortable with long drives or narrow roads. Recommendation: For those seeking a peaceful getaway with exceptional food, Rass Resort is definitely worth considering. However, if you're looking for a quick escape easily accessible by bus, this might not be the most ideal choice. For travelers with their own vehicles or those willing to arrange private transportation, the distance and road conditions become less of a hurdle. Final Thoughts: Overall, our stay at Rass Resort was a positive one. The serene environment, coupled with the excellent food, made for a refreshing escape. While the journey might require some additional planning, the destination itself offers a tranquil and enjoyable experience.

The staff was too good and also the service was too good...but the food is super expensive.. 3 chicken BBQ was 4500 and one single paratha was 80tk!...that was very disappointing...
