Stayed at Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden recently and had a truly excellent experience. From the moment I entered the lobby, the atmosphere felt elegant, calm, and professionally managed. The staff were exceptionally courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with beautiful décor and all modern amenities. The bed quality and overall cleanliness were outstanding. I especially appreciated the peaceful environment despite being located in a busy part of Dhaka. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes, all fresh and well presented. The restaurants, swimming pool, and fitness facilities were also maintained to a very high standard. What impressed me most was the consistency of their hospitality and attention to detail. Whether for a business trip, family stay, or short getaway, this hotel delivers a genuine five-star experience in every aspect. Highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and exceptional service in Dhaka. I would definitely love to stay here again.

I visited this hotel to attend a meeting. The environment was very pleasant, calm, and quiet, making it a comfortable place to spend time. I also had lunch there, but unfortunately, the food did not meet my expectations and was not as tasty as I had hoped for a hotel of this standard. However, I really liked the overall atmosphere, especially the cozy swimming pool area, which added to the relaxing experience.

The hotel was comfortable and welcoming, and the staff were extremely helpful, professional, and kind throughout my visit especially Nazir the airport taxi and Md. Kamrul Hasan. I recently visited Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden for their summer brunch, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Initially, when my friend called to book using the B1G3 card offer, they were told that all tables were fully booked. However, when I contacted them shortly after without mentioning the card, my booking was easily confirmed. This inconsistency felt misleading and unprofessional. Upon arrival, we noticed that several tables were actually empty, which made the earlier “fully booked” claim even more questionable. It seemed like there was a reluctance to accommodate guests using promotional offers. I’ve also heard similar feedback from others who felt the same about their attitude toward card discounts. The reception experience was equally frustrating. I requested to pay in advance, but the process took an unusually long time. The staff struggled to find my card in their list, even though it was clearly included. I eventually had to point it out myself, which added to the inconvenience and reflected a lack of efficiency and professionalism. While the food quality and outdoor ambiance were genuinely good, the overall service experience did not match the standards expected from a five-star hotel. It’s disappointing to feel misled and poorly treated, especially at such a reputed place.
