I went there on 09/03/24. The employees just sit around & gossip on the second floor.Even if asked something,they just tell you to go to the third floor very impolitely. RAK was a leading brand back when we used it on our house in 2003. Since then, we've used other brand tiles on our several buildings & flats. I always wondered why developers were moving away from this renowned company. Now,I know why.
