My experience was truly wonderful from start to finish. The food quality was exceptional — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every meal felt carefully prepared, and the variety offered was impressive. The service deserves special appreciation. The staff were professional, polite, and always attentive without being intrusive. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was neatly arranged, and the peaceful atmosphere made it perfect for rest and relaxation. Overall, this place delivers a perfect balance of great food, warm hospitality, and comfortable accommodation. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and satisfying experience. Gaslit throughout my stay when requesting a reservation change. Was assured over and over in person and over the phone that it was not a problem but everyone in the reservations and front desk staff was just pushing me further along until finally just charging the extra night I wasn’t staying at the hotel and not honoring any date change. Awful way to treat a guest. Clarity and transparency would have been easy but instead I was gaslit and lead to believe my request was fine until the last moment days later resulting in me needing to book different accommodation last minute. Very disappointed

The food was excellent, the service was exceptional, and the entire team made our family trip very special. Had a great stay at Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel! Awesome location in the heart of Gulshan, super convenient. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was delicious, with lots of options to choose from. Rooms were a bit compact, but clean and comfy. Would definitely recommend for business or leisure! 🌿

2 days back i had the opportunities to visit Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel to have my iftar and had a wonderful experience. The environment of the hotel is elegant, clean, and very welcoming. The ambiance creates a perfect balance between comfort and luxury. The food quality was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options that were well presented and fresh. What impressed me the most was the friendliness and professionalism of the associates. They were attentive, courteous, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. The location is also very convenient, situated in Gulshan, making it easily accessible and ideal for both business and leisure visits.
