Worst 5 star hotel I have ever been. Found a bug on my food but yet wanted to charge me. Seems like most stuff like food and breakfast isn't complimentary. Staff wasn't considerate and just want money for bad food. Went for a swim so the room can be cleaned, came back and no one cleaned the room. Usually hotels have room service but seems like they cleaned all rooms except for ours. Staff are kind but lack hospitality and offering service. Overall very disappointed especially for the price paid. This is more suited for business use and not vacation or holiday.

Must say of the best hotels have visited till now across the globe. The breakfast is most detailed as experienced till now. Rooms are very cozy, location is excellent. Glass swimming pool at the top takes for a breath taking view of the city.

In a very busy city this Hotel is providing awesome accomodations and services. Well decorated in every corner, high class services. Specially for the corporate events. Rooms and services marked the elite touch. Food is astonishingly amazing! I had very pleasant time here on an event. Great atmosphere. Enjoyed every minutes.

Wonderful hotel experience but prices are on the expensive side. Be sure to carry USD for payments, if you use Visa card you will incur significant losses as they have their own exchange rate. Also security deposit is required at check in.
