Visited Reverie Resort on 17 May 2026 and took their day-long package. The resort offers a pleasant natural environment and activities like fishing, badminton, and swimming pool access, which made parts of the day enjoyable. However, the overall experience was let down by poor service, weak management, limited availability of basic items, and below-average food quality. Throughout the day, whenever we asked for something, we were often told that it was unavailable. One particular issue was tea and coffee. We were informed that they did not have any, but later in the evening we found that coffee was actually available. This inconsistency was confusing and frustrating. Another disappointing experience was with the drinks order. We ordered mango juice and were told it would take some time to prepare. After waiting for nearly an hour, we followed up only to be informed that it was not available at all. It would have been much more professional if the staff had informed us earlier instead of making us wait unnecessarily. The lunch also needs improvement. The food quality was below expectations, and the egg curry was excessively salty. Revising and improving the menu would greatly enhance the guest experience. Ignoring the service-related issues, the resort itself is a good place for a day outing. My sincere suggestion would be to improve the management, communication, and customer service. With better organization, the overall experience could be much more enjoyable and worthwhile.

Staying at this resort was a wonderful experience that I would gladly repeat. The natural beauty surrounding the property created a calm and refreshing atmosphere. The accommodations were comfortable, modern, and very clean. I spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor areas, especially the pool and garden spaces. The staff were polite, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. It’s a great place to relax, recharge, and enjoy quality time away from the stress of everyday life.

Budget wise, very good resort. The manager Mr. Hridoy is very helpful, he helped us every way he could for our official tour which was hosted here in January 2026. The food is very tasty. Got a lot of indoor and outdoor sports facilities. The security is good. Transportation is available easily. Recommended

Booked a day-long family package for 20 people. The rooms were on the smaller side, but fair enough for the price. The real adventure began with the facilities - bathroom water apparently runs on its own mood schedule. Lunch came with a plot twist: items we agreed on were cooked but never made it to our plates due to internal miscommunication. To their credit, they later adjusted the price, which we appreciated. Pro tip for anyone planning an overnight stay: bring serious mosquito repellent. The mosquitoes here are not guests - they’re residents, and they don’t believe in personal space.

Average feeling. Food was good. Weekend you might face large group so keep it in mind. Family gathering might happen but solo or couple trip might not worthy.
