I had a wonderful stay at Richmond Hotel & Suites in Uttara, Dhaka. The airport shuttle service was extremely convenient — they picked me up in the evening and dropped me off early in the morning without any hassle. The room was excellent, clean, and comfortable, and I really appreciated being able to order late-night meals with room service. The location is perfect, just about 2 km from Dhaka Airport, which makes travel very easy. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and always helpful, which made the experience even better. I truly loved my stay here and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Terrible service and poor quality room for 4500 bdt!! Probably owner doesn’t know about the management. Restaurant has no one to serve!! Receptionist gave us a room with no amenities at all but was charged for!!! All Furniture was placed randomly looked like the room wasn’t ready for the guest !!! I will no go back ever !!!

The main issue is with the receptionist who needs to be slapped as hard as possible. He is too judgmental, not polite, asking too much questions, hostile and moreover not respectful towards women. This hotel should be sued. minus 10 rating.

The front desk service is subpar, and the staff didn’t seem very attentive or friendly. The room itself isn’t very clean, and I noticed the sofa was cracked and the window curtain is worn and in need of replacement. The housekeeper is a well-behaved young man and did his best to assist. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless improvements are made.

Title: Extremely Disappointed - Worst Experience Ever Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I have stayed at this establishment a few times in the past, and while it was never exceptional, it was at least tolerable. However, my recent experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I feel compelled to share my disappointment and warn others about the appalling conditions I encountered during my stay. To put it bluntly, the rooms were disgustingly dirty. The walls, floors, and beds were all in a deplorable state. It was evident that cleanliness was not a priority for the staff. The level of filth was beyond what one would expect from any accommodation, let alone one that charges for their services. The final straw for me was when I discovered a cockroach in my room. I was shocked and disgusted by this unwelcome guest. I have attached pictures as evidence of this distressing encounter. Finding a cockroach in a supposedly clean and comfortable environment is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a severe lack of hygiene and maintenance. I implore anyone considering staying at this establishment to reconsider. Do not make the same mistake I did. Pay a little extra and choose a different accommodation. The additional cost will be well worth it to avoid the revolting conditions and potential health hazards that await you here. I sincerely hope that the management of this establishment takes immediate action to rectify these issues. Cleanliness and hygiene should be top priorities for any accommodation provider. Guests deserve a safe and sanitary environment during their stay, and it is clear that this establishment has failed in delivering even the most basic standards. In conclusion, my recent experience at this establishment was the worst I have ever encountered. The rooms were disgustingly dirty, and the presence of a cockroach was the final straw. I strongly advise against staying here and urge others to seek alternative accommodations. Your comfort, health, and peace of mind are worth far more than the cost savings offered by this subpar establishment.
