Had to wait more than an hour and a half to be picked up from the airport and the management's excuses were utterly unacceptable. Couldn't close my eyes for a minute in the entire night as the loud traffic noises came into the room from outside which could have been prevented using better noise protection equipment. I was in room no 504 where the shower took me so long to complete as the water flow of both the rain shower and the handheld shower was so slow, and most of the holes were blocked. Never again and would not recommend anyone. This hotel was a massive letdown.

Second time here. The quality has taken a dive. The only saving grace continues to be its short distance to the airport. Shuttle is no longer free. Staff are welcoming and friendly.

Title: Extremely Disappointed - Worst Experience Ever Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I have stayed at this establishment a few times in the past, and while it was never exceptional, it was at least tolerable. However, my recent experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I feel compelled to share my disappointment and warn others about the appalling conditions I encountered during my stay. To put it bluntly, the rooms were disgustingly dirty. The walls, floors, and beds were all in a deplorable state. It was evident that cleanliness was not a priority for the staff. The level of filth was beyond what one would expect from any accommodation, let alone one that charges for their services. The final straw for me was when I discovered a cockroach in my room. I was shocked and disgusted by this unwelcome guest. I have attached pictures as evidence of this distressing encounter. Finding a cockroach in a supposedly clean and comfortable environment is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a severe lack of hygiene and maintenance. I implore anyone considering staying at this establishment to reconsider. Do not make the same mistake I did. Pay a little extra and choose a different accommodation. The additional cost will be well worth it to avoid the revolting conditions and potential health hazards that await you here. I sincerely hope that the management of this establishment takes immediate action to rectify these issues. Cleanliness and hygiene should be top priorities for any accommodation provider. Guests deserve a safe and sanitary environment during their stay, and it is clear that this establishment has failed in delivering even the most basic standards. In conclusion, my recent experience at this establishment was the worst I have ever encountered. The rooms were disgustingly dirty, and the presence of a cockroach was the final straw. I strongly advise against staying here and urge others to seek alternative accommodations. Your comfort, health, and peace of mind are worth far more than the cost savings offered by this subpar establishment.

They are very helpful and very professional.I was Happy there.Need to upgrade Lock system sometimes Door Electronic Card it's not working and Furniture is old type .I hope they will Update all things.Thanks.

After staying in their place for a number of times, I booked a room. They asked me to send them my NID and my partner's NID which they should already have in their database. They called me back saying we are not allowed to stay in their as a couple without proper documentation. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with their service and the way they handled it.
