​I recently stayed at the Royal Beach Resort for two nights during an official trip. While the location is quite convenient just a 7-8 minute walk to Sugandha Beach the overall experience was a bit mixed. ​The rooms were decent but lacked proper maintenance. There was visible dust and termite damage on the wooden furniture, and surprisingly, housekeeping never showed up during our stay. The AC was also inconsistent, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. ​A major concern was the safety and service during power outages. Some of my colleagues were stuck in the elevator for about 15 minutes, and the initial response from the staff was somewhat unprofessional, although they did apologize later. The staff's attitude varied; some were helpful, while others seemed to judge guests based on their appearance. ​On the positive side, the lobby is spacious and inviting, and we appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival. The food quality was average. Overall, it's a fair choice for its location, but they definitely need to improve their room maintenance and professional standards.

From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style.Great stay. Staff were friendly and polite. And thanks Mr. Arif(HR) great person, kind and Handsome with manners. 😌

While booking the hotel I didn't read the review but later on I did. The reviews were not on their favour. Naturally I was a bit scared. But after check-in, the previous reviews did not seem to be justified. Ya, there are some shortcomings but I think they can be managed somehow. The complementary breafast was okay. They made quick resppnse to our calls. Above all, they were trying to make things better. Ya, I recommend.

Extremely disappointed with the room and service, the rooms are dirty and dusty, they didnt provide towels in a 4 person room, when we asked they give us only 2 and said that its their policy. On the top, when we arrive at the room at night we found bed bugs are running on the bed 🥵, when we call the reception they come and try to convince us that its a mere cockroch, they can change the bedsheets and everything will be fine!!!!, when we asked to change the room they showed us another room having dirty and spoty bedsheets and blankets. Overall a disappointing service from the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Royal Beach Resort. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.The food at the restaurant was delicious. Overall, it’s a great place to unwind with excellent service. I would definitely recommend it!
