At Royal Footwear, we operate three cemented production lines, each with a daily output capacity of 3,000 pairs of finished shoes. In addition, our facility is equipped with five DIP (direct injection process) machines that collectively produce up to 5,000 pairs of finished footwear per day.
For PU (polyurethane) footwear, we utilize a 65-station PU pouring/injection system, capable of manufacturing 2,500 pairs daily. We also have a dedicated DMS boot production unit, with a daily capacity of 500 pairs, specifically designed to meet the high-performance requirements of police and military personnel.
Our cutting department can process up to 13,000 pairs of materials per day, with an additional lamination capacity of 20,000 pairs daily. We support both water-based and solvent-based systems for optimal material treatment.
