The location was perfect for me to walk to the office without navigating the Dhaka traffic. Rooms were very clean and everything works well. I was even provided with extra water as l needed more to cope with heat. Staff are very friendly and always ready to held. There is a large selection of dishes for breakfast and the chef delivers tasty a la carte dishes at other times. The person who met me on arrival was fantastic. He helped me with my luggages and did the same during my departure. His name is Robin and he was superb. Well done Robin, you are a star and very helpful during my departure and staying with me till l complete check in. My only complaint is that some of towels are tired and need retiring. I was provided with quite old towels that need discarding. You will get a 5star from when you refresh your towels.

I had a really pleasant stay at Royal Park Residence. I loved the authentic Sri Lankan and local food at the restaurant—it was delicious! The staff were warm and friendly, and the service was great throughout. A special shout-out to Ruben for his time and patience during the airport pick-up. Truly appreciated!

I dropped by the restaurant at Royal Park Residence Hotel in Dhaka and honestly, it felt just like a piece of home. It’s one of the few places in Bangladesh where you can enjoy proper Sri Lankan food, cooked with real flavour and care. From rice and curry to kottu, everything tasted authentic and full of that homely touch. The place has a nice calm vibe, clean, classy, and well arranged. The staff were super friendly and looked after us really well. You can also find Western dishes if you feel like mixing things up, but for me, the Sri Lankan food was the highlight. It’s a bit on the premium side, but totally worth it for the quality, taste, and service you get. Feels great to know we have such a place representing Sri Lankan hospitality so well in Dhaka. Highly recommend!
