Saheb Bari Resort is a beautiful and peaceful place to relax. The natural environment around the resort is truly refreshing, full of greenery and calm vibes. One of the best parts of this resort is its wonderful swimming pool — clean, well-maintained, and perfect for enjoying with friends or family. The resort area is neat, the atmosphere feels very natural, and the service is also good. Overall, it’s a great place for a weekend getaway if you want to enjoy nature and have a relaxing time. Highly recommended for a short trip near Dhaka!

The room was handed to us late and wasn’t properly cleaned. The Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby, not in our room, and when I complained, a staff member told me to “just buy data,” even though Wi-Fi is included in the room price. Despite raising the issue several times, nothing was fixed. We had requested lunch in our room, which they first agreed to, but later argued and insisted we eat at the restaurant. The food itself didn’t taste good either. The swimming pool was unhygienic, with people smoking around it, and the owner’s brother was extremely rude. Overall, the service was unprofessional and disappointing to the point that we even considered leaving.

It is really bad, starting from the customer service to the maintainence. The manager's (brother of the owner) behavior is really rough and not satisfying. They were really rude and non co-operative. My father had told the management that my mother has bad condition on her legs and can't walk to the restaurant, the management had agreed upon this request. But then the management told us that they wouldn't do this. They argued a lot and then we had to go down to talk to the management. Overall really really poor management, commitment and maintaince.

Alhamdulillah, if you want a pleasant environment here, you can come here if you need anything. There will be no problem. Very good service here.
