We visited Sarah Resort yesterday with family. If you want a beautiful, clean, and well-decorated nature getaway to spend quality time with family, this place is excellent. However, the food is a major letdown. Here is our quick breakdown: The Good: The environment is wonderful, serene, and exceptionally clean. The staff is friendly and highly professional. Our stay at the Premium King Villa was comfortable and good. The swimming pool is also nice and well-maintained. The Bad (The Food): The food is average at best and often below average. The Buffet Lunch (1,750 BDT) is absolutely not worth the price—limited items and poor taste, though the desserts were good. The complimentary breakfast Khichuri was completely tasteless (worse than a roadside eatery), and the curries were below average. Only the fruits, bread, and sweets saved breakfast. The Ugly: The Jacuzzi was visibly unclean and unhygienic. Verdict: Go for the beautiful nature, great service, and family vibe, but adjust your expectations heavily when it comes to the food.

Amazing resort to spend time with family or friends. Room: I booked Waterfront villa which was really comfortable, clean and spacious. To get your desired room, try to book at least a month ago. Food: Items are limited but foood taste was good. Had an opportunity to listen to live music during dinner. Activities: Tons of activities to explore though most of them are paid. But kids will enjoy their stay the most! Pool: Great and huge. There are section for all age range. Price: premium but justified (personal opinion) Overall, I'm satisfied with the overall experience. Would love to visit again.

The resort covers a vast area—no question about that. Its natural beauty has a calming effect, making the surroundings feel peaceful and refreshing. However, the swimming pool is relatively small compared to the overall scale of the property. The food was delicious, and the dinner experience was enhanced by a talented singer whose voice was truly enjoyable. However, I did face some discomfort with the service. My Villa Suite had no intercom connection, despite repeated requests to fix it. As a result, I had to rely on my mobile phone for every need, such as calling for a buggy. The television also lacked a dish connection, and although staff assured me it would be fixed during my dinner, nothing was done—the TV remained the same. Even simple requests were neglected. For instance, I called twice for a bottle of water, but no one ever showed up. From my observation, service seems more responsive for guests staying closer to the center. For those in remote areas like the Villa Suites, however, the experience is disappointing. In my opinion, staying in these suites is strongly discouraged unless service quality improves.

I’m giving Sarah Resort 3 stars mainly because of the service and food quality. Recently, I visited Grand Sultan Tea Resort & Golf, and honestly, it felt much better overall compared to Sarah Resort in terms of being a complete resort experience. The aesthetic vibe at Grand Sultan was impressive and well-maintained, something I felt was missing at Sarah Resort. The food quality at Grand Sultan was also noticeably better. Since I’m paying for the experience, I naturally compare places, and based on my experience, there’s definitely room for improvement here—especially in service and food.

One of the best resort in Bangladesh. Covering approximately 163 acres, this resort is surrounded by a naturally beautiful environment! The quality of food is excellent, and the accommodation is simply wonderful. The cost is much higher compared to other resorts.
