Average experience overall. The guest house is suitable for a short budget stay, but don’t expect premium facilities. No food or dining arrangements are available inside, and the location could have been better. Service quality was moderate, though the staff tried their best to help guests.

Not good at all, They Didn't change tge bed sheets on time, room service is also late and there is no ventilation for the non ac rooms, If you don't book an ac room, You'll surely regret cause It's so much hotter than the outer area.

Good for budget travellers. Can't say the location is bad, just one alley behind the main road. But there is a dumping area right beside the hotel. No geyser, but the stuff are very nice and they can provide you with hot water. Plenty of restaurants around the premises, there are some convenience stores as well as medical stores and others within a minute of walking distance. There is no lift. The washing area (right when you get back from the beach) is shallow and dirty. The rates are quiet cheap. Staff behaviour is very nice.

Well the room was not cleaned properly. There were hair everywhere on the floor. The bedsheet was also old and had holes in it. The blanket was also dirty.The room service wasn't that great either they didn't cleaned the room if they were told and they didn't even sprayed the room with mosquito repellent. It wasn't a great night spending there. Everything was kinda low quality 😭.

Its very dirty hotel. The staff is very lazy. They have no knowledge about room service. Room is very dirty. Several times i told them to clean the room, toilet also dirty, television doesn’t work. Behaviour of management poor. In the morning nobody are not in the gate and reception. We were late to St.Martin island because they don’t open the gate. Manager is bad man.
