Service is good but room was low quality. And the beach is far from this hotel

Well the room was not cleaned properly. There were hair everywhere on the floor. The bedsheet was also old and had holes in it. The blanket was also dirty.The room service wasn't that great either they didn't cleaned the room if they were told and they didn't even sprayed the room with mosquito repellent. It wasn't a great night spending there. Everything was kinda low quality 😭.

Not very bad rooms,not in a good location but the services are very poor.

Its very dirty hotel. The staff is very lazy. They have no knowledge about room service. Room is very dirty. Several times i told them to clean the room, toilet also dirty, television doesn’t work. Behaviour of management poor. In the morning nobody are not in the gate and reception. We were late to St.Martin island because they don’t open the gate. Manager is bad man.

It's a Cox's bazar Hotel. Recently i visit here. There hotel room are so good. There hotel's staf and system are very good. That people are going here which budgets is low. Low prices are this hotel is the best.. If someone know more details for this hotel, So contact me. I give you more information and trying to my best to help you. Thank you..!!
