I recently stayed at Sea Pearl Beach Resort & Spa in Room 1315, and overall, it was a very satisfying experience. Room (10/10): The room was beautifully decorated and well-furnished. Everything felt premium and comfortable. Considering the room rent of 6500 BDT, it delivered excellent value. I was completely satisfied with the accommodation. Swimming Pool (10/10): The swimming pool is absolutely great—clean, well-maintained, and one of the best parts of the hotel. It really enhanced the overall experience. Staff Behavior (8/10): The staff were polite, helpful, and professional. Their service added positively to the overall experience. Food Quality (5/10): The only downside was the food. The taste and quality did not meet expectations and could definitely be improved. Final Verdict: Despite the food issue, I am fully satisfied with my stay. The room quality, swimming pool, and overall environment made it worth it.

​I visited Sea Pearl exactly around this time last year. It was extremely crowded. Normally, I wouldn’t even consider the crowd as an issue, but I am mentioning it because it caused significant inconvenience for me and my family. There was an event going on at Sea Pearl at that time. ​First, regarding dinner at their restaurant—there was absolutely no space in the buffet for regular guests like us. We were turned away and told to try their outdoor BBQ restaurant instead. They even mentioned that we would get fish and seafood items outside, which were apparently not available in the buffet. It is highly disappointing for a five-star hotel in Cox's Bazar not to have fish or seafood items in their buffet! ​Anyway, we then went to the live rock restaurant outside. I was shocked to see that they allow outside guests there. We certainly did not expect this from a five-star hotel. From the swimming pool area to the beachside, we couldn't find a single seat. ​The next morning, breakfast was another massive disappointment. Instead of the regular breakfast hall, they arranged our breakfast in a separate hall room due to that ongoing event. When we tried to enter the main restaurant, we were told once again, just like the previous night, "This place is not for you." These incidents felt very unpleasant, insulting, and discriminatory. ​When we went to eat, I noticed there was only one meat item. There was an overwhelming number of sweet items and an excessive display of desserts, which deeply disappointed those of us who prefer savory food. This was a stark contrast to the various blogs and reviews I had checked before coming. I was not satisfied with any of their services. ​However, the property itself is beautiful. They should have ensured equal facilities for all guests. I am planning to visit again this time, and I hope they will rectify their mistakes so that I can write a brand-new, positive review.

Had a wonderful stay at Sea Pearl Beach Resort & Spa. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent with easy access to the beach. The overall environment was peaceful and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax. Highly recommended for a vacation in Cox’s Bazar.

Absolutely terrible experience. We stayed 3 nights in a sea view room, but it turned into a nightmare because the air conditioner was not working properly from day one. We complained again and again, but the staff could not fix it. Because of the unbearable heat, we literally could not sleep properly the entire night. Instead of solving the problem quickly, they kept giving excuses. The worst part is that after wasting our whole stay, they finally offered to change the room almost at checkout time, which made no sense at all. This clearly shows how little they care about their guests. The service was extremely poor, the service desk was unhelpful, and nobody showed any real concern or responsibility. It honestly felt like they only care about taking customers money, not providing actual hospitality or comfort. Transportation service was also one of the worst I have experienced. Overall, this hotel completely ruined our trip experience. Definitely not recommended.

I don’t like to do negative reviews but honestly this hotel doesn’t meet 5star criteria! We got studio sea view package room and i got a room with big wall on my right window side. The furniture was way too old! It’s 2026 but there is no smart tv yet! Still those 90s style TV !📺 Plus there is no fan in the room ! Not everyone is comfortable with AC (always)plus the vent air noise was too much! Another worse part is room’s light 💡system. When you try to sleep with turn off your lights and if power gone than whenever power is back in the whole room’s lights turned on! It will mess your whole sleep! Liked the pool area. And the hotel looks beautiful. Appayon’s food was good . The sunset beach tour was stunning and the guard and driver were really friendly.
