I was surprise to have free Shuttle services to and from the hotel. I expected to have charged for this service. Shuttle was very nice and comfy while the staffs handle all your luggage. Well located lounge in the heart of town with plenty of space for the guest to relax and wait for their before and after segments of the stay. Staffs are courteous and helpful. They helped us with our heavy luggage and secured them in the storage room for later retrieved. Amazing swimming pool where we spent hours in the afternoon. Water is just as hot as the day. There should be more chairs & shades around the pool. Hotel should stop nickel and diming guest on pool accessories for the kids. Arcade games are expensive as well. Gym and other stuffs are available as well. Overall experience is nice and worth the money. Would come back again

It was a sales conference. We stayed for 3 nights and two days. The stay was good. Rooms are comfortable. But the food was not tasty enough for the people who like spicy and native Bangladeshi food. The pool was clean enough. Pool timing is 8 am to 8 pm.

Really good hotel for Bangladesh, swimming pool is really nice and clean, very good breakfast. Clean rooms but the toilet and shower require improvement. Only 1 lift serving the entire complex, have to wait for a long time. Coffee bar offer real coffee. I was served by Sathi, she was really good and made amazing coffee and her English was commendable.

Everything was top notch. The buffet breakfast items were scrumptious. I took garden view for a budget friendly trip but was upgraded to sea view at the Check In desk at 1st floor by a lady named Arpa. She handled our check out too. All the staffs seemed to be there for us personally amongst many other guests. It was a familial experience.
