Now a days, price is a bit high compared to its quality, but as you know, sea welcome offers the best rooms with best service with a cheap price. The quality of the rooms are still the same. Ventilation, light, space, bed everything is good. Room service is also good.

Great price with coupe bed around 2500 - 3000 BDT, double bed 2500 - 3500 bdt. Good location near beach, you can walk around 10 minutes to beach from hotel. Value for money.
