I had a really great experience at Supreme Balora Hospital Aesthetics Care. Their service is excellent, and the staff behavior is very professional and friendly. From the moment I entered, I felt well taken care of. The environment is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I have used different services before, but honestly, I haven’t found this level of quality anywhere else in Bangladesh. They truly care about their clients and provide top-notch aesthetic care. Highly recommended for anyone looking for trusted and high-quality service!

I visited for a Bio-Hydrafacial after seeing so many positive reviews, so I honestly had high expectations. While the ambiance is lovely and the staff are very polite, I felt disappointed with the service itself. Even after 50% at 3000 BDT, it felt too basic—only 4 to 5 steps. I’ve had better results elsewhere, so this felt a bit underwhelming. My main concern was my whiteheads, which weren't properly cleaned. I understand my skin is sensitive and some steps were skipped for my safety, but I still expected at least a proper deep cleaning. Unfortunately, I didn’t see any visible change. Since they have many other highly-rated services, I don’t want to judge the whole center based on this one experience. Maybe I just had a bit of bad luck this time! I’d love to hear about your experiences—which services were you most satisfied with? I really want to have a great experience with them next time and would like to try a different service that might suit me better

I am so satisfied with their Hydra Facial Service By Taharin Afroz. This was my 2nd session. She is really professional and well mannered. I recommended this place to my colleagues as well.

Last day i visited Secret Beauty Laser & Aesthetic clinic and I found their staff extremely warm and friendly. The doctor spent a lot of time on consultation and even checked again after the service to ensure I was not facing any issues. I decided to go for the treatment because they were offering 30% discount on the package puchase. Overall, it was a very good experience.
