Very stingy behaviour. They don't provide basic necessary things like coffee sachet, sugar etc Just because it is a two person room and not a suite, although they take full money for it. Moreover they do not have the "customer first" attitude. Any complaint is taken FOR GRANTED as if it doesn’t matter whether u stay or leave. Please sometimes try to be a bit more friendly and maintain hospitality rather focusing on profit business only. As a regular customer, today's behaviour was quite disheartening. But I wish the best and hope others and I also wont suffer in future. Inn Shaa Allah. 🤲

I've had a very good time in this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, making me feel right at home. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options every morning. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again. Good luck Sel Nibash!
