This hotel is in a good location. I did not stay at this hotel but sometimes try their food in The Cinnamon Tree cafe. Food and the ambiance is really nice . It is so calm and line their glass top. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Also the breakfast buffet is great, it has a very large choice.

This hotel is in a good location. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The restaurant looks good and the food tastes delicious. Also the breakfast buffet is great, it has a very large choice. However, I find the price per night a bit too much, because the room is pretty small.

I stayed at this hotel from the night of August 11 to the morning of August 12 for location near HatirJhil. The service was absolutely terrible. They did not provide slippers, a dental kit, or toothpaste, and gave only one dirty towel. I called several times to request slippers and a dental kit, but they replied that everything was “finished.” I paid 6,000 BDT for one night, but honestly, it would have been better if I had stayed in Gulistan at a third-class hotel for 200 BDT. All the service staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. When I complained at the front desk, they acted as if nothing had happened and treated me as though I was disturbing them. This was, by far, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I think here max google reviews are fake !

Their service is horrible. My husband and I went there to spend our anniversary. First, they scammed us with the room. We were promised a lake view room but they gave us a city view room instead. Then they told us it’s okay if two of our friends come visit us. But when they came the person at the reception not only didn’t let them come to our room but also insulted them. It’s okay if it’s in their policy but shouldn’t they have let us know when we asked first? Horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend anyone!
