Absolutely unacceptable service. I was promised a refund for my ticket, yet they’ve completely ignored every attempt I’ve made to contact them. Calls go unanswered, messages are left on read, and there’s zero accountability. This level of unprofessionalism is beyond frustrating, it feels like they simply don’t care about their customers once they’ve taken the money. I would strongly caution others before trusting them.

There was a tine when buying online ticket was nothing but a imagination. They made it to reality though. It's fine they are doing everything to improve. But i didn't get one of my refund which made be very angry. And I might choose alternatives. If you guys don't change.

This is one of the best startups of Dhaka. They work with diverse technologies from IT point of view. They have multiple services for Dhaka and chittagong. Shohoz started with bus ticketing service. They automated the whole bus ticketing system of the country. They launched launch ticketing system, ride sharing, food delivery, truck booking service etc. Their superapp is the best in the country. You can download it from Apple store and android play store
