Had a great stay at Seashell Residence. The location near the airport was very convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect for a short stay or transit. Would definitely stay here again.

Very disappointing experience. The price confirmed through the website/app was not honored by the hotel upon arrival. I was asked to cancel the booking and pay a higher rate, which felt misleading and unprofessional. The overall environment was below expectations, and the staff behavior was rude and unhelpful. The "buffet breakfast" was extremely limited, with only a few basic items available. Overall, the service did not match the promises made online, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Actually we had been to Sky Turkish on their rooftop. We looked forward to their tasty gourmet of cuisines. We were quite disappointed immensely. Our ordered items were:- Turkish vegetable pizza Sweet sour fish Peiking chicken Fried rice Cashew nut chicken Except the pizza, the rest of items dissapointed us so much that we are discussing if we should ever go there again. We'd been their customer since Sea shell restaurant inception at sector 13, Uttara

I booked from Agoda here i see the rate is 2094 tk but the receptionist told me its non ac room but i give the booking of AC room He ask payment 2700. Finally he take 2200 tk from me. Why you Have agreement with agoda you can increase and decrease rate on agoda i know everything. He told me agoda give rong rate (this is non ac room) 2nd when too much noice on floor Couple can't feel comfort here staff are making noice here Bad Experience ever
