Truly an underrated restaurant. We had a great dinner here tonight with Tanoy as our server. We wanted something light so opted for soup, salad and steamed fish. All were excellent 👌👌, especially the fish. The salad was a bit too spicy for our taste and they promptly replaced it with a less spicy version which we really appreciated as customer service rarely seen in restaurants. We topped it off with some fresh sour yogurt. An excellent experience, highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the team really made me feel welcome. I want to highlight a few staff members who made my visit special: • Me Razib Miah: He was incredibly attentive. He actually remembered my dietary preferences and gave me great advice when ordering food, which I really appreciated. • Omit Hasan: Delivered my room service frequently. He was always friendly, prompt, and professional. • Md. Rasel: Did an excellent job with housekeeping. He ensured my room was fresh and spotless every day. • Ziaur Rahman Sany: Thanks to him and the front desk team for ensuring everything ran smoothly during my stay. I would definitely recommend this place for the service alone.

The hotel facilities were very good with comfortable rooms and wonderful service from all staff. And I gotta say, the chefs are doing amazing work with all the food provided for breakfast as well as throughout the entire day. Would definitely recommend anyone to take a stop and book a few days there if you're ever visiting Dhaka.

Busra Akter,Boni.Misho. Kanika, Susmita, Mr Alam are extremely excellent excellent offering professional and courteous services and it is because this staff that I keep coming back to this hotel again and again. The restaurant was recently upgraded offering Indian, Bangladeshi, Thai and Chinese Cuisine and Ms Busra Akter needs a special mention for excellent service.
