Bought my first Smart Fingerprint lock from SmartX BD in 2023. It made our life so much more comfortable. We added more products to our home over two years, starting with their smart door locks, Security Sensors, Alarm and recently adding a new smart cabinet lock. Some products seemed pricy compared to others in the market but after receiving reviews from friends, i can confirm that their products are durable and much more reliable. Appreciate their impressive range of smart home products. Managing multiple apps for each product can be difficult. I would advice them to stick with one or two specific smarthome brands like Tuya or Zigbee. Overall, highly recommended SmartX BD.

Great Service with the Lock and other services as well. Very much considerate for best customer services and skilled peoples are sent for the hassle free BEST SERVICES as I took other services apart from Digital Door Lock. I don't know this person, never seen him, bought the product from Daraz but took service of door lock fittings from him along with digital curtain rail fitting.
