The hotel room was good and clean, and the environment was comfortable. However, the service was very disappointing. The staff was not helpful and response time was slow. Basic services were not provided properly, which affected my overall experience. If the service improves, this hotel could be much better.

Fast a fall the day shift manager is bahave with customer rude before check in they said after check out you can keep your backpack free in there now they didn’t keep it free they want charge me 200 tk. Manger eyes like fire and he said you have to pay 200 tk There is another problem. there is no safety in this hotel I just keep my cat in my room after that i go to visit beach when we return i didn’t find my cat in my room

Their rooms were dirty, the comforter, bed sheets, pillowcases were all dirty, the mirrors were broken.And their wifi didn't work eitherHowever, their crew members and managers were all sincereSugandha beach point was near from the hotel. Auto fare 50 taka. There was a park in front of the hotel and restaurants below the hotel for eating and drinking.
