I stayed here in February this year for almost two weeks and had a really great time. It was my 2nd time staying here. The rooms are clean and very modern. The service is outstanding in every way. Kazi is very mentionable as an outstanding Dining manager. Receptionist Abdullah was especially a very professional (!) and helpful one. Furthermore Mahdi as well as other staffs gave us a very pleasant stay.

Pros: - The hotel looks as nice as it is in the photo. - They gave us a bigger room(upgraded) as the room we booked wasn’t available. - They let us leave our luggage after we checked out. - Someone from the Kitchen made me a cup of tea. That was very great Cons: - Privacy: We were out of the room for a couple of hours and they entered our room to clean it. They didn’t even think about asking for permission to enter. (Our personal belongings were open there) - Location: Although the location is not so far from the main road, still the road construction is in process and you have to walk for 2-3 mins from the main road to the gate. (They helped us to the main road by carrying our luggage) - Food: The buffet breakfast isn’t so great. There were very limited items. They serve only one type of fruit in the morning and you have to ask them to refill it when it's empty. Other food quality isn’t so great. If you're coming from a taste buds different from Bangladesh, you won't find it great.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Daily housekeeping provided. All staff were extremely professional and friendly, couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable. WiFi very good. Major works near hotel should be completed in a month, access affected but staff very helpful for carrying luggage etc

Too much paid review nowadays. The fact is this hotel is gradually loosing its reputation. Lowering the service, unprofessional behavior of staffs, increasing the room rent, decreasing the quality of service and foods, uncleaned toilet and floors etc. Too much frustrating experience.

The hotel is good. The staff is very humble and helpful. Farukh is a real entertainer and most helpful of all. Difficult to find vegetarian options in Bangladesh but they are accommodating. They could have more options for Breakfast. Current options are very limited and mostly non vegetarian. The hotel is in a narrow lane and the road was completely dug up but their service and rooms compensated for it. Overall the place is a great value for Money. A special mention for their GM Akin Chowdhury and F&B manager Kazi too :)
